Cookie policy
What motion.runify.it saves in your browser and how you choose.Last updated: .
1. In short
motion.runify.it uses no advertising or profiling cookies. It saves in the browser only what it needs to remember your choice in the banner and, if you accept, uses Google Analytics to count visits. The iPhone app doesn’t use cookies.
2. Necessary
These don’t need your consent, because without them the site couldn’t remember your choice.
| Name | What it does | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| runify_analytics_consent | Remembers whether you accepted or refused statistics (browser storage, not a cookie). | Until you delete it |
3. Statistics, only with consent
Only if you accept them in the banner, the site loads Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, services of Google Ireland Limited, to collect aggregated statistics about visits: pages viewed, duration, device type, approximate origin. Google Analytics 4 doesn’t log or store IP addresses. Advertising signals are turned off.
| Name | What it does | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| _ga | Tells one visitor from another, without knowing who they are. | Up to 2 years |
| _ga_* | Keeps the pages of one visit together. | Up to 2 years |
The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Google may also process data in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. More information in Google’s privacy policy.
If you refuse, or close the banner with the X, no Google script is loaded and no cookie is saved.
4. Changing your choice
You can change your mind at any time with “Cookie preferences”, at the bottom of every page: the banner opens again. If you withdraw consent, the Google Analytics cookies are deleted. You can also delete the site’s cookies and data in your browser settings.
